Thinking about the best way to achieve our vision we sat down and developed a set of goals to help us get there.

This is what came out of that discussion.

 

Our goals are:

 

To create an environment for growth and learning that supports young people to:

  • Engage in the world with a greater sense of ease and contentment.
  • Cultivate mindfulness practice skills to aid coping with life’s challenges.
  • Explore and understand their own identity, strengths, beliefs and values.
  • Develop their capacity for kindness and compassion for themselves and others.
  • Increase their awareness and commitment to their own positive mental health and the wellbeing of others.
